Whilst perusing the internet highway today for some fresh new music, mainly upbeat mixes, as I am trying to get my FIT on for summer and am in need of the beats to keep me moving.

Last night I tuned into Benji B's BBC Radio One show and what a treat, not only was the intro totally apt, you'll have to tune into find out what I mean, it was full of beauties, no change there. Todays aural pleasure is a discovery from the show, by J Cole called High for Hours, which has been on repeat ever since. Check it out, its a delight!

Aural pleasure: CK Daft Punk 'Teachers' Influences Vol III

Just found this mix on the FACT mag Soundcloud and feel the need to share it straight away, before I forget and whilst you can download it, which I recommend as its ridiculously good.

This week is the 20th Anniversary of Daft Punks album, 'Homework', eek, has it really been that long?

There is Vol II 88 tracks (1977 -1997) that inspired Homework and a brilliant Dance Mania selection to be found on Soundcloud. Unfortunately there are no downloads for those two, if anyone knows how I can get my little mits on them please let me know. PLEASE!

Aural pleasure: Thatmanmonkz presents Shadeleaf Sunday Sessions feat. Martin Miguel

Today I am sharing a little bit of 2016, well its a mix from December but one I forgot to share, one of my favourite discoveries from the year was a show by Thatmanmonkz presents the Shadeleaf Sunday Session on KMAH Radio, which, if you haven't ever tuned into, I recommend you do so.
There is such an eclectic mix of shows, DJ's and musical choices there is bound to be a show that you love.

For me, this is a particular show I enjoy tuning into, as the musical selections are always mixed and without fail I always discover a beauty or two when I tune in, what more could you ask for?!
This shows guest is Martin Miguel.

I'm looking forward to hearing more from Thatmanmonkz and Kmah radio in 2017.

Hello 2017 lets FLOW

My first blogpost, of many more to come this year, as I would like to keep them flowing with slightly more flow than they have been.

Long gone are the Daily Aural pleasures, being replaced simply by 'Aural Pleasures' wierdly since the pressure has been taken off there has been a tendency to share more!


Hopefully 2017 will bring much joy and magic to everyone and many more musical discoveries along the way!

Happy New Year, even though its the 3rd Januray, I was busy running like the wind and hanging out to actually bring myself to type anything on the 1st! :)
