I stumbled upon this beauty the other day and in between other bits and pieces its been on repeat. The artist is Tommy II and this edit is by Ben Jams and Tommy II. From his soundcloud it looks like he is part of a collective known as the Slowaverecs. There is more wealth to be found amongst that gang and I can't wait to listen and get involved.
